Ingredients:

1 cup raw Organic Brown Rice (penne or macaroni)

Water to boil with

2 Heaping TB Nutritional Yeast

1/2 Daiya Vegan Cheese (split in to two 1/4’s)

1 TB organic coconut oil

1.5 TB Organic Ketchup

Instructions:

  • Boil pasta according to package, rinse well aft wards
  • Blend in warm pot, past, nutritional yeast, coconut oil, 1/4 cup of Daiya cheese and Ketchup
  • Pour into three 1/2 cup ramikens
  • Top with remaining 1/4cup Daiya Cheese
  • Broil on low for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
