When looking to minimize the impact of chemical residue in our family home, we choose to take action with natural fibre cloths for cleaning (ENJO) and choosing organic where we see fit.  Here is a list to keep handy on the most recent list of the DIRTY DOZEN.
This is based on fruits or vegetable that have the HIGHEST or the LOWEST levels of chemical residue from pesticides, insecticides etc…

So when you are looking to save a few dollars, make sure that you choose the items on the list with the lease chemical residue, and as a treat purchase the more contaminated items… organic!
