Note to self:
As a fitness consultant one thing I hear all the time is that my clients just dont have time to be healthy.  They can't fathom the idea of having food prepared for them, or how anything could be easier that a Five Dollar Foot Long sub!
“What, Subway isnt healthy?”

Im not saying that your choises arent always healthy, but easy can be expensive too.  Why not start Smart Habits, and enroll them in your house hold.

One tjar that is always stocked full is our Jar of nuts and seeds.
I head over to the bulk section and spend about 10 dollars, on a variety of unique, tasty and yummy nuts and seeds.  I pile them into a mason jar and TADA easy peasy meal, that is quick to grab.
All you have to do now is take a quarter cup scoop and fill up a ziplock, grab an apple and head out the door.  When hunger pains knock on your tummy in a couple of hours you are prepared with a cheap and easy, oh yah and SUPER HEALTHY meal option.
