2 quarts water

1 large carrot

4 med celery stalks (organic)

8 garlic cloves crushed with knife

1 large onion

1 large handful parsley

1 bay leaf

1 tsp sea salt


Bring all items to boil and then simmer for 30-40 minutes

Note: This is a VERY light broth, and I like to use as a BASE for other soups (creamy, mexican etc)
