1 cup of powdered oats (puree in blender until it is smooth like a flour)

1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Baking Soada

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

1 whole egg

1/4 cup egg whites

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk

Berry Compote:

1/4 cup Mixed berries (frozen or not)

2 tsp honey


Heat pan on med-low and pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan

Heat until you see bubbles form, and flip pancake

In small sauce pan, place berries and honey, bring to sweat at high, then simmer until your ready to use

Makes 1 large or 2 small servings
