• 1 scoop vanilla ATP NzW Protein Powder
  • 4-5 Ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk (Or other milk of choice)
  • 1 heaping TB Peanut butter
  • 1/4-1/2 c Frozen Blueberries

Mix in a Vitamin for 30-60 seconds and devour!
