LIFE GOT IN THE WAY FOR ME TOO
7 years ago, my husband was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and it forever changed our lives. I went back to school for holistic nutrition, and set out on a journey to ensure my husband, my babies and I were healthy and happy! But that journey did not come without it’s own struggles. I learned how to deal with picky eaters (including my husband). I had to overcome my own personal body issues, and learn how to love myself, and finally I transitioned our entire family to a vegan and vegetarian lifestyle! I also furthered my education and because a health and wellness coach so that I could help women with Total Body Transformations!
I UNDERSTAND HOW BUSY LIFE IS
I know how hard it is to eat 4 to 6 servings of vegetables. I get that its not easy to track food every day. I sympathize for how hard it is to follow meal plan, further more I totally get that we all want to look, feel and live our best life, now! .To get where I am today, I worked with my own coaches, Over the years, I found myself working with family, friends and some mommies that I have met just while getting a Starbucks,
