Coconut palm sugar is picking up popularity with regards to natural sweetners.
I’m including this info in my week of Natural Sweetners but I would say to use this one in moderation.
As a mom I know sugar comes up in baking and cooking, so I like to say this is the best, of the worst with regards to sugars.

Here are some positive points for this sweetner.
• Not as refined as sugar
• Retains minerals such as zinc and iron
• Contains the Fibre inulin which slows digestion
• low on the GI scale (32)

Keep this around your natural cupboard for access in moderation 🙂
