1 cup mix
2 cups unsweetened Almond milk
1 TB coconut oil
2 TB sucanut (or other low GI sweetner)
2 cups of slightly steamed KALE
1 tsp organic vanilla

Green pancakes anyone!
This is how I got KALE into my little today.   He wasn’t saying NO to Monster Green Pancakes! I used s flax pancake mix, but added my own measured ingredients
