1 egg
1/3 cup Almond milk
1/4 cup mashed avocado
2 medium ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 c coconut palm sugar

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350Β°
2. Oil bread pan or spray
3. Mix  egg, milk, avocado,  bananas and vanilla in mixer
4. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl
5. Pour wet mix into dry and hand stir
6. Pour in pan and bake for 55 minutes

I replaced the butter in this recipe with avocado and it turned out perfect!  This can make 12 thin slices or 6 larger pieces.
