1c home made soup broth
1c soup broth base (the veggies)
1 Large ripe avacado
1/2 Large tomato
Add all items to blender, puree and heat
*Add splash of hot sauce if you like
Makes 1 LARGE or 2 small servings

Then at lunch today I took about 1 cup of the liquid, and 1 cup of the base (I never separate the two until Im ready to). and added tomato and avocado, purred in my blender and heated with a dash of hot sauce. Delish' , clean, healthy fats and so creamy!
Perfect for cold winter lunch!
